Stoped in impromptu for a last minute bouquet. Karen was super sweet, attentive, and helpful! Beautiful wrapping paper options.

I purchased a fresh cut bouquet and two wreaths with fake flowers. The woman who helped me was friendly and efficient. She wrapped things beautifully. I would recommend trying this place for fresh or fake flowers that are tasteful.

Natasha was very helpful and she put together a nice custom piece for my wife's birthday last minute. Apparently my wife and father-in-law came here too (before me). We all love this place and location. Great prices too. Natasha did a great job. 5 stars ⭐️.

I had such a smooth and reassuring experience with this local floral shop. I was trying to send flowers to someone while I was out of state, and I wasn’t sure how seamless the process would be—but they made it incredibly easy from start to finish. What really stood out was their next day delivery. Knowing I could place an order and have it arrive so quickly took a lot of stress off, especially since it was for a special occasion. Everything was handled exactly as promised, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The arrangement itself was beautiful and clearly put together with care. It felt personal, not rushed or generic, which meant a lot considering I couldn’t be there in person. Overall, it was one of those experiences where everything just works the way you hope it will. I would absolutely use them again for birthdays, celebrations, or any moment that calls for something thoughtful from a distance.

Full disclosure - I have not purchased anything from Petals on Forest, yet. I was planning a function earlier this year and stopped to see what the place was all about. The selection was great, but the customer service was better. I told them upfront that I wasn't going to be making a purchase, but had some questions. I hung around for about 15 minutes, asked a ton of questions and didn't feel like they were trying to push me out. So, I decided to write a review about my experience... because, to me, customer service is important. Although my original plans were delayed, I plan on going back to pick up where I left off!
